Porsche Co-Driver & PPX Campus

I’ve been orchestrating a comprehensive overhaul of Porsche’s global after-sales learning platform, PPX Campus. In a second project, I designed Porsche’s in-house AI chatbot, Porsche Co-Driver, which is integrated with the e-learning platform and also serves as a blueprint for other use cases, such as customer support.

I was the lead UX/UI designer on these projects and additionally contributed to product design and UX consulting, particularly around the implementation of an user-centered development process.
